Cell Phone Buyback Shipping Label

Current buyback price guide is based on the following condition:

100% Payout: (A stock) Excellent condition with no noticeable scratches or nicks, very clean housing, fully functional, powers on, battery and back cover included, no moisture damage or corrosion, good LCD/screen and housing, valid ESN/MEID, all passwords unlocked, all device financial balances have been paid.

90% Payout: (B stock) Good condition with minimal blemishes, scratches or nicks in the display area, lightly used housing, fully functional, powers on, battery and back cover included, no moisture damage or corrosion, good LCD/screen and housing, valid ESN/MEID, all passwords unlocked, all device financial balances have been paid.

60% Payout: (C, CR stock) Heavily worn or poor condition with ANY or ALL of the following: scratches or nicks in the display area, scratches or excessive use on housing, fully functional, powers on, battery and back cover included, no moisture damage or corrosion, good LCD/screen and housing, valid ESN/MEID, all passwords unlocked, devices that have been previously repaired or refurbished, all device financial balances have been paid.

Damaged Payout $5: Devices that will not power on or have misc functionality issues, have detectable corrosion or moisture damage, cracked screen, damaged LCD, screen burn-in, no battery and/or back cover, OS Errors, invalid ESN/MEID , any password locked devices, Failure to deactivate, Find My iPhone/iPad Activation Apple ID or removal of Samsung Reactivation Lock/Google account or 3rd party IT policy locks, financial hold i.e. outstanding balance, user balance, outstanding lease or term prior to shipping to TMM may result in a delay in your payment devices.

When approved by TMM, if a customer is not satisfied with their final amount to be paid and request that their phones be returned, a $50 processing and testing fee will be applied for each phone returned. Payment must be received before phones will be released.

** Reevaluated phone(s) are subject to a $10 processing fee and must be unlocked or balances removed within 7 days. Reevaluation could extend final pay date and value.

** Customer is responsible for any damage or lost shipments that may occur while in transit to TMM warehouse. Please consider properly wrapping each device with bubble wrap or some type of protective cover to prevent device screens from being scratched or damaged.

** Important Information: devices are subject to a $10 deduct for removal of any aftermarket labels, decoration and could be subject to $0 payout if labels and or decoration cannot be removed without damaging the cosmetic condition of a device**
